QAU's Core Duties

Based on ULM Rector's Decree Number: 2553/UN8/OT/2023
  • Implementing and implementing the Faculty-level Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS), including assisting faculties and study programs in preparing and compiling accreditation documents.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the learning process based on the standards set by the Faculty.
  • Monitoring and evaluating learning facilities and infrastructure based on standards set by the faculty.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the study program's Quality Assurance Group (QAG).
Tasks Based on the PPEPP Cycle

📘 Determination (P)

  • Establishing quality standards and policies that align with the vision and mission of FEB ULM.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) within the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM).

🛠️ Implementation (P)

  • Implementing established policies, standards, manuals, and forms.
  • Implementing work procedures and instructions to ensure SPMI execution meets quality standards.

📊 Evaluation (E)

  • Conducting an Internal Quality Audit (IQA) to evaluate the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS).
  • Collecting data and information to assess the achievement of established quality standards.

🔍 Control (P)

  • Conducting monitoring and evaluation (Monev) of various academic and non-academic aspects.
  • Controlling the implementation of academic and non-academic activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

📈 Enhancement (P)

  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing quality improvement strategies
  • Implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve the quality of educational services at FEB ULM.
Additional Tasks

🏛️ Accreditation:

  • Supporting and facilitating the accreditation process for study programs and institutions by ensuring all accreditation requirements are met.

🧑‍🏫 Capacity Building:

  • Conducting training and workshops to improve the competence of lecturers and educational staff in the field of quality assurance.
